Do you do custom orders?

Yes! I'm more than happy to help bring your idea to life. Please send a descriptive message to hello@lunaandquartz.com.au, or contact us on Instagram or Facebook. *Please note custom orders can take up to two weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We can ship our creations to New Zealand

What type of cord do you use?

I purchase all my cord from a local WA business who supplies 100% recycled cotton, dyed and made in an Ethical trade factory who are also protective of environmental issues.

Do you offer wholesale options

Yes I do offer wholesale, please send us a email through to hello@lunaandquartz.com.au for more information.

Am I able to pick up my order?

Yes, I am able to offer pick up from two different locations SOR Perth, please select the pick up option at the check out and contact us at hello@lunaandquartz.com.au, or Facebook and Instagram to organise pick up.
